Your Current Process
Customer comes to the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. The salesperson helps them find the right vehicle, takes them on a test drive, and negotiates the price. It’s time to take their credit application and send them to the F&I office. The F&I Manager pulls their credit and finds that they have a 520 score. The F&I Manager informs them that they have bad credit and can’t be helped. So much time wasted by the salesperson, the sales manager, and the F&I Manager. The customer leaves embarrassed and disappointed.
